Chef/owner Kevin Grossi (late of Lola) opened the Regional in summer 2016 in Avanti Food & Beverage. The name is deceptively simple and straightforward: Grossi re-creates American classics from regions throughout the United States.
After returning from a three-week and 5,200-mile road trip, chef Kevin Grossi is ready to bring to Denver his take on American comfort food with the opening Tuesday of The Regional.

Chef and Owner Kevin Grossi (former executive chef for Lola Mexican Fish House) is excited to announce The Regional—an eclectic new hub to dine and enjoy all that the Avanti space has to offer.
Avanti Food and Beverage is many things. It is, as it’s been billed since its opening in July 2015, a restaurant incubator, a giant warehouse of sorts that nurtures and grows cool food concepts.
After six years of work with the Big Red F Group, some at Jax in Fort Collins and some at Lola in LoHi, chef Kevin Grossi has left to open his own restaurant. The Regional will open just blocks away from Lola in July.
